Rachel Germain has been chosen to receive the $1000 New York State United Teachers (NYSUT) Retiree Council 10 Scholarship for Saratoga County! She had to fill out an application and submit an essay to be considered for this honor. Rachel is pursuing a career in education, and will be attending SUNY Oneonta to earn her degree in Early Childhood and Childhood Education.
