Annually, Stewart’s releases Limited Edition flavors in the spring. This year’s flavors include something for those who love peanut butter cups, intense chocolate flavor, maple, coconut, caramel, blueberry, salt and coffee.  The Jr. High EMC Staff included a tasting of some of these flavors at their meeting this past week.  Alex Malanoski’s all-time favorite ice cream flavor is Mint Chocolate Chip.  However, after sampling Blueberry Pie in the Sky, Whiteface Fudge, Salted Butterscotch Swirl and Sweet and Salty Maple, he proclaimed Salted Butterscotch Swirl to be pretty special.  Rachel Wnuk felt similarly about the butterscotch ice cream with the addition of a butterscotch swirl & salted caramel toffee pieces. Kaylee Bagdan had expressed a love of Whiteface Fudge, butter fudge flavored ice cream with complements of dark chocolate flakes and a white chocolate sea salt swirl–the flavor made its debut in spring of 2015 and is back now.  But she was pleasantly surprised by the Salted Butterscotch Swirl.  Ryan Lovelass has always been a fan of Maple and his preference was Sweet and Salty Maple.
