A quick glance inside Sophia Fasolino’s locker suggests she is fairly meticulous with her locker.  She likes to have her books all set up neat at the bottom and to have her coffee mugs up top on the shelf.   However, there is more to learn when you spin the dial to the right…and then the left….and then back to the right…

Q: On a scale of one to ten, ten being the most messy, what would you rate your locker?

A:  Sophia rates her locker at a two because all of her books are straight and she has a place for everything.

Q: What are the top five most important things in your locker?

A: Sophia’s favorite and most important thing in her locker is her phone. Next, since she needs to charge her phone, she keeps her phone charger in there.  Also to go with her phone, her earbuds are in her locker, too.  During the volleyball season, she needed to keep her knee pads at school.  Finally, her books are very important to her, because she likes to do a good job in school.

Q: How do you personalize your locker?

A: Sophia uses canvas with decals on them to personalize her locker.  She keeps them on the inside wall of her locker with magnets.

Q: What was the worst trouble you’ve had with your locker?

A: During the Back to School Barbecue when everyone is supposed to feel welcome and warming up to the idea of returning to school comfortable, Sophia could not get her locker open.  Other than that, Sophia has never had much trouble with her locker.

Q: What is the most disgusting thing you’ve ever kept or spilled in your locker?

A: At the beginning of this school year, salad dressing spilled all out of her lunch box and all over her folders, binders, and notebooks. Sophia had to buy all new school supplies to make up for the sticky ones.
