Elena Canelli isn’t your stereotypical hipster girl.  She takes being a stereotypical hipster girl to a whole other level. She was inquired about what her most prized possession was and she replied with, “My phone,”. Who would have thought that a tiny girl who wears “coke bottle glasses” (without the glass of course) and pink and goes crazy over cats would also really like her phone? When she was asked where she wanted to be in 10 years she replied with the biggest stereotypical hipster girl response, “Living in the United Kingdom with a British accent,”. Her biggest fear is of course being outside in the dark, and of course nobody understands her logic.

Elena or Mileena as I like to call her (I am the one and only one person who can and does call her this!), is more than just a super stereo typical hipster girl. Although it may have seemed like I was bad mouthing Elena, it was really me putting your hopes down so you would be ready for the onslaught of awesomeness that she really is. Badminton, the absolute king and queen of all sports, is her favorite sport. Also not only is it her favorite sport but she is actually good at it. Her dream job is to be a film maker or cinematographer. You may say “Oh, isn’t that a stereotypical hipster girl thing?” and yes it is, but she actually works towards her goal and doesn’t just throw on make up and talk about how sad she is on YouTube. Elena talks about what she believes in, and she believes in what she talks about, even when she really doesn’t understand what she’s talking about.

Elena has no cats despite the fact that she goes crazy over them. She has a monster size dog though that looks like it spends its downtime eating small children. Although she isn’t the biggest fan of dogs.  she still really likes her dog and surprisingly doesn’t get eaten by the towering behemoth. Elena enjoys playing video games, although it’s a stereotypical hipster girl thing to do, once again she actually is good at the games she plays. One of the best qualities she has is her outstandingly uniqueness and her comical relief at even the darkest times. For instance one of her favorite movies is chucky: “I like chucky because he is a very small guy and he is taking one normal sized people down a peg, sometimes literally,” she said. As I said before, she is an absolute barrage of comedy and just an overall genuine person.
