It all started in the lunch room. Hitting, throwing food, and then being spoken to by authority. In the middle of it all Lucas Costanzo sat with the boys at table “mayhem” (as Lucas calls it.).  Lucas does many things in his week, but the main worry used to be (and possibly still is even after the lunchroom table assignments) not getting in trouble at lunch. The table he used to sit  at consisted of people that Lucas calls troublemakers:  Sam, Trevor, Christian, Alex, Nathan, Josh, Christian, Hunter, and sometimes Jon  and Shawn. What usually happened was Alex saidsomething to Sam, Sam punched Alex which made Alex laugh, and then Mrs. Moran reprimanded Sam and gave him a consequence. Then Mrs. Moran addressed the rest of the table.

Lucas also looks forward to his weekends a lot. When he gets to 8^th period, he gets something like “Friday Fever”. He just can’t wait to go home jump on his dune buggy and high tail it into the woods away from everything to do his favorite thing, riding through the mud and getting stuck. Sometimes either his parents or friends come with them and say, “That was awesome”. But he says his favorite thing about the weekend is not going to school and getting away from all the stress and trouble.
