Most  people have hobbies. Hobbies like painting,collecting,or even making things….but have you ever heard of a hobby as crazy as BMX riding?

Hunter Scribner..an average 12 year old boy who rides BMX bikes for a hobby. BMX’ing  is a type of bike racing. Hunter races every weekend in spring, summer and fall! When Hunter is riding the track,wind slipping through his helmet like water through rocks in a creek, he doesn’t forget that he is not alone. Hunter races with eight other competitors.  He races with the thought in his head that the others might be gaining on him.

Besides the other eight racers Hunter is still not alone.  Out in the crowd stands his Mother (Heather) Father (Dan) and his 2 younger brothers (Carter and Carson).  Hunter is not the only one in his family who enjoys Bmx’ing. Carter and Carson also compete in BMX bike racing but they do not race with Hunter because they are in a different rank then him.  Hunter’s father also does BMX’ing!

Hunter’s life has two gears, school and BMX racing. Despite the time that Hunter takes out of his life to BMX,  he still manages to get awesome grades.   Hunter manages to keep his grades in an A-B average.

Hunter has a lot of racing stuff.  He has so much stuff he had to move some of it into his attic. Besides all of his equipment, Hunter also has many awards. Mostly the awards are first place.   He does not just enjoy races; he is really good at it also.

Hunter Scribner is the kind of person that you can look up to. Hunter commits to things and lives at full speed
