I woke up to snow 

glistening through my window.

It was shining 

like a disco ball.

It made me full of joy

and I knew that it was a snow day.

As I walked outside

 I saw an endless sea of white snow.

The trees were covered head to toe.

Soon the air was filled with laughter

 from kids around town.

I grabbed my snow suit 

and headed straight down the stairs.

Where my hat was hung 

and my boots were drying,

I said Wow this must be a miracle: 

a Christmas miracle.
