Whats on your screen?

Nowadays teens spend a lot of times on their phones. Some of this time is spent on social media like twitter and instagram. Looking for some new apps to try for entertainment?

Consider Crossy Road. This game was made by the company Hipster Whale. This game is an adventure game that is a mix between Frogger and the classic joke why did the chicken cross the road. You hop along and pass through roads with cars, hop on logs through rivers, and run through empty fields. Your starter character is a chicken. You can get new characters by collecting coins along the way, then obtaining them from the prize machine. The characters range anywhere from a phone box to the classic and controversial blue or gold dress. I love this game because it’s a medium level of difficulty and it’s fun to see if I can beat my score each time. My favorite character is the leprechaun.

Inchy is trending now too and is made by the company Apps4Life. Inchy is a green worm who inches his way across branches trying to eat a branch. If Inchy misses the branch, you lose and the screen zooms in on his creepy face. I don’t really enjoy this game. His face is too creepy and the game is almost too simple. I would suggest the developer make it more challenging and change the design of Inchy to a cuter worm.

The final game is called Stick Hero. It is made by the company Ketchapp. It is a game with ninjas and you have to hold your finger for the right amount of time until you hit the surface with the big black stick. You can also collect cherries along the way. There is a new update where you break watermelons instead of reaching the surface. It is very fun and I like it better than the original version. I rate this game as good.

Many fun, addictive games are available on the appstore and android store. Post some of your faves in the comments below!
