On the job learning: Kevin Halbritter thinks outside the bun

Kevin Hallbritter, a dishwasher, a worker on the line, and a chicken cook of the Taco Bell/Kentucky Fried Chicken Restaurant, has a lot to say about serving others in his restaurant.  Basically, he thinks the people deserve respect and kindness when going to a restaurant.  He thinks you should serve people as if you were serving them at your house.  Every person should be treated equally and make sure you use all of your effort to satisfy each and every one of your customers.  Workers should never be lazy and they should always work hard because work is a privilege and you should honor it says Kevin.

Kevin is a very valuable worker at his restaurant.  All of his co-workers know that they can rely on him and trust him.  He knows what to do in every situation he gets into and he always gets the job done.  Another important idea he has on working and serving the people is that you should always do your job with a smile on your face because it makes the customers feel good and it makes everyone and everything around you feel good.  This is one of Kevin’s most important ideas or policies because it keeps customers from getting upset and it helps the business by attracting more customers.  “The job may not be ideal, but try to enjoy what you have now,” Kevin says.

Kevin Hallbritter should be applauded for all the hard work that he’s done for his job.  He works just about every day and he works pretty late as well.  He always does a great job at his work whether it’s wrapping burritos, making tacos, or cooking chicken.
