Out of the Blue: A Sticky Situation
Jacob O’Brien, our photographer, decided to let us in on one of his favorite activities this week, which is making maple syrup. Through the process of collecting sap from trees, boiling it down, and bottling it, it is a lot of work but the rewards are sweet. Areas in Upstate New York and its neighbors are known for making maple syrup and many local companies sell their own syrup around Galway.
