In the movie Chasing Mavericks Jay Moriarty has a dream, to surf the biggest wave. The wave is unknown about by most but once Jay discovers it, it becomes his quest. Over a six week period during the summer, a distinguished surfer named Frosty teaches him everything he needs to know to prepare.
