A welcome back for the Evans Family

Alex Malanoski, Jr. High Staff Writer

On Sunday, October 4th at the Cock ‘n Bull Restaurant, there was a meet and greet held welcoming back the Evans family from their run across the country. This run was to support the Ainsley’s Angels organization and also to give special wheelchairs to other children, like Shamus, who have Cerebral Palsy. There was a good turnout of people to have some cider and donuts or Evans’ Brothers Lemonade and Cookies while talking to Shaun Evans about his run across America and the message he was sending about inclusion. There were also large pictures set up around the Cock ‘n Bull of the family and their run across the country. You can see more of these pictures at the auditorium on Thursday, November 5th, at 6:30 P.M. in the slideshow that they will present.
