Congratulations to the new members of NHS!
Scholarship. Character. Leadership. Service. The Four Ideals of National Honor Society are personified by 21 students who were inducted Tuesday evening in the High School auditorium.
Mr. Barrow, NHS Teacher of the Year gave an inspiring speech that entertained and educated the audience. Mrs. Donnan, NHS adviser, directed a seamless ceremony, with Miss Booth accompanying on piano.
The NHS members each gave wonderful welcome speeches to honor the new inductees. NHS Inductee Justin Hardcastle commented, “Despite the journey to get here, the privilege of joining the National Honor Society and the induction ceremony made all of the struggles worth it.”

Congratulations to all the other people that made NHS! It was a great ceremony and even though we had some troubles getting the lighters to work it added a little bit of amusement to the very serious, beautiful ceremony.
